Alavida Live lets you create a personalized AI companion and talk with them through a real phone number. Choose their appearance and personality, then get to know them through texts, photo messages, and voice calls.

Select Create Your Companion, choose their appearance and personality, and sign in or create an account when prompted. Once your companion is ready, link and verify your mobile number. Open My Companion, find their number, and send your first text from the phone number you verified.

Yes. New members receive a free texting preview after setting up their companion and verifying their phone number. You can continue with free daily texts after the preview, or choose a paid plan for unlimited texting and included tokens for photos and calls. See **Free preview & daily texts** for the details.

No separate Alavida app is needed. Use the website to create and manage your companion, and your phone's messaging and calling features to talk with them. You do not need to keep the website open while you text or call.

Your account saves your companion, settings, and balances. Verifying your mobile number connects your phone to your account so Alavida can recognize you when you text or call. Use that same verified number for your conversations.
