To use Alavida Live, you must:

4. Subscription & Billing
Access to Alavida Live requires an active paid subscription.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Failed or overdue payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Alavida Live responsibly and not to:

Engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior

Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service

Use connected phone numbers for spam, robocalls, or harassment
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. AI Interaction and Limitations
Alavida generates responses using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

7. Phone Number Integration
If you connect or purchase a phone number through Alavida Live:

You must comply with all applicable telecom and privacy laws.

You may not use the number for unsolicited contact or automated spam.

You are solely responsible for the content of calls, texts, or recordings handled by your Alavida.

We do not monitor or assume liability for conversations conducted through your number except when legally required.
8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, code, designs, and technology of Alavida Live are owned by us or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

Any content, prompts, or data you upload for customization remain your property.

You grant us a limited right to process your content for service delivery, troubleshooting, and system improvement.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or performance.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your reliance on Alavida’s responses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you during the previous three (3) months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
11. Modifications to Service or Terms
We may update or modify these Terms as our platform evolves.

If changes are material, we will notify you via email or dashboard alert.

Continued use of Alavida Live after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
